First growth results of Douglas fir plantation fifteen to thirty years old in the Northwest of Spain
Abstract
This paper presents the results of growth obtained in thirty-four inventory plots instaled in comercial Douglas fir plantations fifteen to thirty years old in Asturias and Galicia (Northwest of Spain). One and two entrances cubage functions are fitted. The values of growth were compared with the french and british yield tables, resulting quite adequate results, including plantations with no attention to the provenance choice.Downloads
